Exchange and Returns

We craft every piece with great care to suit your need and would be glad to assist you with product queries and  choosing the right size before you order, just message or email us with your query. However, if you still want to exchange or return, you’re welcome to do so within 5 days of receiving your order. To avail of either of these options, the garment should be intact with all the tags and labels. We process the refund only after we receive the garment in its original state.

 

For exchanges, you could request for a size change or take a store credit that you could use to buy something else of the same value, within 15 days of receiving credit. 

 

For returns, Each piece we create goes through stringent quality checks, even so if you were to return a product, we'll make a refund minus the shipping charges. 

We’d appreciate a feedback and reason for exchange/return when you ship the product back to us. It will help us serve you better in the future. 

 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For products on 'Sale'
Exchange and Return is not valid for products on discount/'Sale'. Please feel free to message or email us about any product/sizing doubts before placing your order. We'd be glad to help you make the right choice. 

 

Additional policies for markets other than India
To exchange a product, you have to bear the shipping charge of sending the product back to us. We will absorb the shipping cost of sending a fresh product back to you

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ekum is not responsible for delays due to customs.
